Physical Therapy Evaluation or Occupational Therapy Evaluation
Evaluations are 2 hours long with a concierge physical therapist or concierge occupational therapist.
We want to fully understand your current condition, your concerns, and your medical history.
The examination portion will be tailored to your personalized goals and the condition or injury you are seeking treatment for.
Physical Therapy Treatment or Occupational Therapy Treatment
Treatment sessions are 60 minutes of one-on-one care with your private therapist.
Other clinics that accept insurance often schedule as many as 4 overlapping patients due to declining reimbursement rates from insurance companies. Thus, your therapist has to delegate care to other staff or you are left to complete activities unsupervised.
We know from experience the best results occur when you have the full, undivided attention of one of our therapists who comes to your home!
Pittsburgh Concierge Therapy is an out-of-network provider allowing us to devote more time to you!
We provide convenient, highly individualized services with the same clinician 100% of the time.
As an out-of-network provider, we do not directly bill your insurance. We accept various forms of payment.
Patients can utilize their Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account, or Long Term Care Insurance.
We provide detailed, itemized receipts after every session which some of our patients can submit to your insurance company to seek reimbursement. We encourage you to check with your insurance provider prior to your first visit if you plan to use your out-of-network benefits.
